what should i gem as a resto pvp shamman?
As of right now, I'm not sure too many people can answer that. A lot of it is preference as well.
I like to keep atleast 1000 resilience throughout my gearset, and try to get about 28k HP. After that I go spellpower.
It is hard to say, test out some things yourself and see how you feel with the different gems.
I reconmend a combination of int and resilience.
As much resilience as possible imo. It's impossible to go oom nowadays in pvp, and if you do, there's always Water Shield.
Scars show you the remnants and failures of the past.
~¡¡¡!!!AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STOP ASKING ABOUT MY AVATAR, I DON'T KNOW!!!¡¡¡~
sigh the class is spelled 'shaman'... not shamman...
Anyways, no need for resi gemming if u go wrathful set about 1200 ( what u get with wrathful set and offsets) should be enough
If you're serious about becoming good get some spell pene and make sure you're hitcapped also.
Otherwise just fill up with gems containing intellect, if you care about gem bonusses however fill up your orange or yellow gems with haste

Well Valthrim right now its totally worth going over 1200 resilience, due to the 85 cap on stats you can silly amounts of resilience.
But a decent combo of int/resili will be enough (and ofc hit and spell pen)
You do need spell pen and hit if you want hex and wind shear to land though.
I'm in the "gemming resil isn't necessary" camp as well. Without gemming any resil I'm at about 35% reduced damage, which is good. Then you have stoneclaw absorbs and if you really want you can grab a corroded skeleton key for the stam/on-use absorbs. That trinket has saved my ass a lot during silences. Absorbing about 10-12k damage (trinket + Stoneclaw) is enough to save your ass.
