yes and no. He tends to express himself in an over-the-top, campy, conceited, bombastic kind of way, but he's not "edgy" in and of himself.

Then again, it depends which side of him you look at: Zero the black knight giving grand speeches about overthrowing the government, or that unassuming guy in the pink apron telling his little sister bedtime stories.
