Alchemey and the epic gems.

i currently have 6 lvl 450 alchemist's i currently make my epic gems daily for a nice gold income, but come Cata i was wondering will there be another cash grab tranusmutation like these babys or not, anyone have any idea?

before the epic quality gems were available in wrath, the rare quality gems used to sell for 100g+ (similar to epic quality now)

And you can transmute any of the new rare quality gems through alchemy, so i would think that will be a pretty decent cash income until epic quality becomes available in 4.2(a guess) As long as theres a cooldown on these transmutions i would expect the prices to remain at a reasonably worthwhile price to sell for profit for some time.

I guess truegold will also be in high demand the first few weeks. All the new blacksmith epics and blue weapons need a couple of truegold bars.
While i suppose rare gems can still be found prospecting Ore, the only source of truegold is alchemy transmutations.

At the end, there will be. I have 2 alchs doing it, with 2 more being leveled and 2 more alts to finish for a total of 6. 6 alchs each transmuting twice a day is win i like gold also procs tehehe
