My guild had the Realm First Glory of the Cataclysm Hero. I didn't get it the first go around but I helped on most of them (Headed South as a fresh 85 in quest greens ).

<Heldenbund> EU Zirkel des Cenarius reached Guild Level 25 CEST 0913 today (04/04/2011). We killed Omnotron(25) CEST 0300, did heroics with 4-6 groups for 6 consecutive hours and finished with Argaloth(10) exactly CEST 0913.

Amongst the guilds who had a XP reset in the first days of cataclysm this is maybe a World/EU/DE first position.

Goon Squad (mal'ganis, US) hit 25 today at 8:38 AM CDT.

So far I haven't seen any evidence of a US guild beating us without the benefit of a bugged XP reset (congrats to the US guild that reached yesterday, but you shouldn't have gone uncapped until this morning's reset).

The GM said that they were discussing it on the "highest lvls" and was pretty positive. 2 days later I get a mail from said GM saying that "it sucks for you" but the 60 days transfer did not allow him to grant me the Realm First Fishing.
