LFD - Bugged?

So I went to queue for my daily random, and I click "Enter Dungeon", and the last DPS doesn't accept. Instead of turning to an X and the window disappearing, it just disappeared. The LFD icon on my minimap disappeared as well, and I didn't get any "You have been returned to the front of the queue" message either. I shrugged and went to queue again, but the button didn't do anything. Shrugged and relogged, button still does nothing. Restarted client, button still does nothing.

Is this a bug or something, or am I just on the 15-minute cooldown and it's not showing that I am? The window appears normally, doesn't say that I'm on cooldown, and I don't have Dungeon Deserter either.

EDIT: Appears to be the latter. 15 minutes later I was able to queue again.
