It's meant to look like it was done with TV screens as means to advertise their stuff, though.

For the record the elevator thing is done with several small TVs with a glass screen over them.

I strongly advise people to try the first, even moreso if you've got enough butter and cheese to stack an entire loaf of bread into a gutkilling sammich. I'd normally use 4 slices to create 2 sammiches, and then slice both in half, but this solution.... perfect balance of nom rating and ease of eating.

Fuckin' A is short for fucking awesome, presumably used sarcastically in this context.

"At the hospital and my grandpa is still sick and I have to watch him, fucking awesome, man, tonight is going to suck." or something similar. Could probably use more punctuation then just a comma.
