I am on EU server, and we have no bug report forum or any real blues that read the forums so reporting there was moot.

anyway, all plate T11 tanking gloves are in underbudget status. Didn't see anything about it on the patch notes or on the US known issues thread.
checking the links bellow will confirm that

Missing 40 str(or agility/int) and 20 green stats compared to any other T11 gloves.

Straight stat missing adjustments don't always work, but does look like there's no other-stat benefits from the loss of strength (as in, the 40 strength was not converted to another stat)

Notice that they also have 20 less of the green stats. And thats for all the tanking plate.

Good points, In english/US bug report forum, though with soo many bug reports it looks like most are not getting viewed.
