From what i have read, you should be able to buy them again on january 25th. There was a blue on the front page a while ago regarding this topic =]

They didnt want you to run in ilvl 370+ pvp gear so soon. And according to the poster above me its the 25th. So patience, my friend

they were removed because of the MMR bugging out, causing tons of people to have inflated MMRs that would have made them eligible for the weapons within 3 weeks of the season starting.
