Ok, so my guild just hit level 10 and I bought one of the heirloom cloaks. It says 'level one' 2 armor and 5% more experience for quests and monster but when I have it on my level 16 rogue it's only 5 armor while my last cloak had 28 armor.
Is it a bug or something? (the other stats are correct though)
