    I think recoup might need a little nerf.



    (I know this is just a bug, i didn't actually do that much healing, obviously.)

    i don't get why people complain about a full time hot (if you're doing it right) but i will gladly take a nerf to it to get some damage for sub / mobility for mutilate

    it already got a nerf >.< Ever since they changed pvp so I couldn't cheapshot-winspree casters instantly to death, I have absolutely failed at 1 on 1 combat. I don't think i'd be able to kill things again even if they made it 15% of your health per 3 seconds.

    then again that more shows I'm bad than the ability, but it's still annoying to keep up for such a minor heal. no more nerfs, you're just pro.

    They didn't actually do that much.

    The best is on the last boss in Throne of Tides when your health spikes to 800k or what not, watching a rogue heal for a ridiculous amount with recup
