Need some realm info

I didn't know where to post this but I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions on realm. I decided to reroll on a new server and am looking for the following things for the server:

-PvE or PvP (Prefer PvP)
-CST server
-high active population
-as balanced as possible (horde to alliance ratio, i mean)

I am really, really looking for a high pop server..my current server is dying a slow death. I would also love if it happened to be as balanced faction wise as possible.

After filtering some results, here are some with high population CST PvP servers.

Mal'Ganis
Sargeras
Stormreaver
Whisperwind

I can't tell if any of those are RP-PvP, or how balanced they are, but there's some for starters.
