Try 22 consecutive runs of Botanica for those shoulders. Those bloody shoulders! 3 weeks and a day of running the same damn dungeon for the same damn item that I Needed to progress to raids while the warrior tank in the guild had an easier time getting either Tier Gear or the Karazhan shoulders. Those ones I ran for were the only ones pre Tier gear that were available for me. Christ it was a pain.
