Well the problem was you were Horde, Gnomes know EXACTLY where the exit is, hence Escape Artist.

It has been bugged since day one. On many occasions I'd follow the prisoner all over the prison and then he'd run out near the horse, but instead of mounting the horse and giving me completion credit, he'd turn around and run all the way back in to the prisoner for another loop (or two) before finally getting on the horse. It happened on more than one occasion for me.

They have finally disabled that quest in the rotation, I think. If they haven't, then it is being disabled in the next patch.

i used to just spam click the tauren, spawning 4-6 of them then just left, they where able to handle themselfs xD one of the easiest dailies ever

this is the only quest that needs removing from the game.

That picture just brought much joy to my day. I hadn't had any problems with this quest until today and all that happened was once he was out, he went back into the courtyard stopped for 10 secs and walked back out. I do understand how frustrating this quest could be to those that have no patience (when it doesn't bug).

Worst part is when it bugs out and doesn't give you credit after staying throughout the 15min of him running around in a circle.. I've begun just skipping that quest whenever it comes up
