Heroic T11 Raid videos/strategies information source

I have been searching, and have found good information on Maloriak heroic, and Chimaeron, but not much else. I can find the differences, on paper, between heroic and normal modes, but I'm looking for a web resource that provides more in-depth discussion about strategies and tactics for heroic mode raid encounters. Thank you for any help you all can provide.

Most good sources for these guides, such as TankSpot actually haven't killed a lot of bosses, which is why the internet is lacking guides atm.
