Yes, wasted stat, get rid.

expertise is wasted but the proc is decent until you can get something better.
I hope you are just starting to gear up because that would make more sense if you got this.Oh yes, there is a method to my madness O.o

Reforge to Crit, until you can get a less bad trinket.

Key to the Endless Chamber and Tia's Grace are the BiS pre-raid trinkets for hunters of all specs.
