1. Do people care about WvW buffs? Seriously?

Lot of folk don`t even know it exists.
I was teasing folk in Frost Gorge once, because there were three commander icons on the map when I logged in there, yet when I looked at WvWs, we had barely anything on any map.
Someone in /M asked why should they care, I replied for the free buff us WvWers earn for you at our expense.

Quite a few on /M asked what buff & were surprised when I said press B & mouse over etc & I don`t think they were even trolling /sigh

While you guest you do not get WvW buff benefits. On High pop realm youre more likely to meet people in every zone compared to a medium one.
And thats the cost. Sorry but if those guilds do a lot of wvw then they have a lot of gold as well. As of late all I do is WvW as an activity in the game and I earn more than enough. Piken is "big" only in WvW. There are hardly few servers where you get queues for WvW. sPvP and WvW are least popular types of gameplay in GW2, sadly.
As Ive mentioned before we are down ranking on purpose at the moment.
Disadvantage of High Pop server is high amount of randoms that dont do jack to help out - only random pve in WvW and thats it.

It's hilarious watching the juggling for position in anticipation of leagues. FA & SoS are clearly trying to drop out of gold to have a better chance at silver, while Maguuma wants to flex their #magswag with the big boys.

Maguuma is actually a pretty tough server. I'm sure they'll be moving up in ranks.

I wouldn't know. I've only seen a matchup with them once and they outnumbered us so badly there was no way to rate competence.

I liked the one who listed no pets allowed as being a con. Is it discrimination to not hire people allergic to cats? I would totally have office cats, all rescues of course, and hope that they're not like my Jinx who likes to either block the monitor or lay across the keyboard. :P

Preview codes for the new ascended armor that will be coming out. U G L Y, that armor needs an alibi. Like with the weapons, so glad I won't have to go for this gear now. I probably would have if the skins were good.

All those armors look ridiculous. I still have yet to see medium armor set that looks good on my Charr, other than the Krytan one from Gem shop. And my necromancer will be keeping is current look over this crap.

I guess I'll need to preview those on female characters before making a decision. They're more elaborately detailed than most of what's currently in the game, but there's nothing strikingly 'beautiful' or 'badass' about them, at least for the males. I didn't expect them to be anything spectacular after seeing the ascended weapon skins though.

Same. I was using the rare Rogue's set for awhile, I thought it looked good. Been trying the Commando set (only available from personal story), it's okay. Looks better on other races, IMO.
