I've gained so much weight over the last year, weighing in at 135lb now, the worst part is how much I have to eat. I have the working out down but eating a lot of food is a pain.

Because I'm slowed down by how much running I do regarding weight gains but I'm also in very good shape. Was running huge hills last night (awful run to be fair) and I haven't felt knee pains or leg pains like I used too in awhile so obviously they have become much stronger. I've been lifting heavier weights more recently and I'm quite satisfied with my progress. If I only lifted weights I'd probably be around 145-150lb.

i think the last time i weighed 135 was in middle school? but seriously, u should be aiming for atleast 135g of protein a day. increase your healthy fat intake and also load up on sweet potatoes and yams.

That's the deceiving part because my lower body is actually far stronger than my upper. I play a lot of football (soccer), my calves are in fact the strongest muscle on my body
