mmm...
Dexter's Lab, Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, Outlaw Star, Samurai Jack... and of course Angry Beavers, Doug and The Rugrats!
I need more Sailor Moon in my life
It would have to be between Angry Beavers and Rugrats.
Pretty cool how you which people are around the same age as yourself just by their favorite cartoons. Some that come to mind for me are:
Tailspin, Duck Tales, Gummy Bears, Rescue Rangers.
Pokémon
Ed, Edd n Eddy
Cow and Chicken
I Am Weasel
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the old one, new one sucks)
Digimon
Dragonball Z
Tom & Jerry
Looney Toons
90's Spiderman show
Batman
Dexters Lab
Johnny Bravo
Duck Tales
The classic disney shows (Donald duck, Mickey Mouse, Goofy and so on)
Billy and Mandys Grim Adventures
The Kids Next Door
Samurai Jack
Catdog
Rockos Modern Life
Justice League
Tin tin
All these shows were the shit, but if I had to pick a favourite it would be I am Weasel or maybe Ed, Edd n Eddy.

man, I watched this when I was like 7 at a friends place (we had just 3 channels at home) - blew my mind
I think, I still have some dino-rider-toys in a box somwhere ^^
a little later and on a more regular basis (satellite tv, woho!):
Alfred J. Kwack
TMNT (or more precisely TMHT, since its teenage mutant hero turtles in the german version - doesn't really make sense, but whatever)
and a lot of disney stuff, first of all gummy bears
I´m a little more provocative than you might be.
It´s your shock and then your horror on which I feed.
So can you tell me what exactly does freedom mean,
if I´m not free to be as twisted as I wanna be?
Tom and Jerry.
The Simpsons. And it still is...

Captain Power, you had a little handheld Jet that you shot at the TV, it was amazing!
He-Man, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Transformers, GI Joe
Darkwing Duck. I even owned a 1 foot statue of that duck! I lost his cape/hat though ...90's for life!
