As I picture laying in bed with my Queen Margaery... hearing a faint trumpet sound... seeing a little faded rainbow slither out under the covers, onto the floor...
Isnt it hinted in the books that she might be able to? Or am I miss remembering. I believe in the last book there was a part where there's blood running down her leg, hinting at her "moon blood" returning. I believe it's the scenes after she takes a ride with Drogon and is trying to walk back.
Could explain just skipping it entirely in the shows as well.
There's some speculation that this is another one of those weird quasi-prophecies. The sun for example might be Quentyn Martell, the seas going dry might refer to the Dothraki sea being gradually scorched by the sun (which is hinted at in the Dany's final chapter in ADwD). I mean, she does end up having her period after a very, very long time...
It might be that she is in fact still fertile (or is fertile once again), and that Mirri's words meant something else entirely, like some weird necromantic stuff happening because Fire is out of balance in Essos, like Ice is in the north of Westeros.
But this is entirely speculation.
Way I view it is: if it hasn't been discussed or shown in the show it doesn't matter what's in the books. The books at this point are purely an outline it seems.
He plays a character almost directly inverted to Ramsay, it'll be wonderfully strange to switch between the shows.

He was on Thronecast (a live follow on show for the UK) and appeared to be very upset about his character being killed off.

Speculation time!
This is my signature. It states my prediction of the next expansion. Not only is it correct in my eyes, but should also be in yours too.
Anyone who doesn't agree with me is an idiot, a bad, and a pleb.

It's understandable that they changed some stuff because most the stuff that are in the books feast of crows and dance of the dragons are boring to be honest if they implement it in the tv series exactly like the books. However, killing Ser Barristen Selmy is not a good change to be honest...
Biggest reason they change stuff is probably money. In a book one can add all the characters they want and it doesn't cost them any more or less. Actors cost money though. The better the show is and the longer it goes on the more it cost to pay said actors.
Changing things honestly doesn't bother me although I usually prefer to watch a movie or show before reading the source material.
Changing stuff is awesome. Who needs books turned into series as is... especially if you have already read them. What would be the point in watching such a series? Will such series be profitable to create? If only bookworms will watch it to see if it lives to their book expectations so they then can bitch about any deviation no matter how minuscule...
"What? The actress playing Margaery is not as hot as I imagined?!! NERDRAGE!!!"
IN case of GoT you can do both. Read the books and watch the show and be surprised and entertained properly with both.
All right, gentleperchildren, let's review. The year is 2024 - that's two-zero-two-four, as in the 21st Century's perfect vision - and I am sorry to say the world has become a pussy-whipped, Brady Bunch version of itself, run by a bunch of still-masked clots ridden infertile senile sissies who want the Last Ukrainian to die so they can get on with the War on China, with some middle-eastern genocide on the side
