reminder: the official preview explicitly stated that you could "USE:" the staff to turn into a blue dragon... that isn't finished on there either

so...relax and wait for the remaining patchnotes / builds :P

I'm sorry, with 3 Red Sockets and that socket bonus, my JC Resto Sham will gladly take some hit (can reforge some to spirit) for a 171 Int bonus :-D

The proc hasn't been datamined for it yet or it simply hasn't been added to the game files at this point.

I am happy that I got pretty damn close a few months ago when I estimated the staffs stats.

I Think I calculated it at a lower level though. didn't expect the 404 item level.
