A couple of my favs atm. Pretty much only listening to hip-hop right now. That includes Eminem, D-12, Hopsin, Wu-Tang (and all of their solo albums/songs), Royce 5'9 and Slaughterhouse, Yelawolf, Grieves and Tech N9ne.
Saw that shit yesterday. Coolest show I've seen in a while.

Most of what I saw here is kinda mainstream, if not mainstream influenced. Makes me sad at the current state of hip-hop.

Nothing wrong with mainstream Hip-Hop if it's good. I do agree that the current state is focused on the horrible aspects of Southern Hip-Hop and Swag-Hop, but hopefully we'll have a resurgence of jazz-influenced and alternative Hip-Hop.

slaughterhouse is the best group out right now and they are signed to shady records. young money and mmg are garbage compared to these guys. if the other rappers are "killing the game", then slaughter house and shady records are bringing it back to life.

nice links. ya i dont even listen to the radio anymore cuz its all crappy music. dont get me wrong i enjoy some mainstream music every now and then but hip hop today is just plain bad. the rappers now a days are just performers. i just listen to mixtape/underground now.
