i Believe it's for when she is in her ultimate.. meaning she will be able to be in dragon form for much longer while fighting

Hahaha, had 2 penta,s in ARAM today.

One with Fiddle and I wasn't even realizing it until Penta kill came on my screen in caps.

One with Cait and there was a 1 health bar Morde in their fountain, I netted in and auto attacked, died but got the penta.

The Sona changes that several Red talked about are now up on PBE. The changes are basically a small buff to her early game (higher base stats), but a big nerf to her late game (Nerf to the Armor/MR buff from W). Now we have to see how they'll nerf Thresh, then Leona, then Alistar, then Zyra, then Elise, and finally Karma. And then people will be forced to support with Nidalee, Lux, and Teemo. And those three get nerfed.

Ok I just played Syndra for the first time and I think I have a new favorite champion. By far the most fun champion to play. Her balls are fucking awesome. I must have her. I wanted to buy that new champion Antrax but fuck him.

I would assume it would work okay, especially if you get a Sheen for the extra umph. Problem is that there's no one in top lane (other than your jungler coming in for a gank) to proc your passive, which is a lot of damage potential lost.

Same with Kog'maw passive.
Wasted damage if he doesn't die whenever it's up :P
