Teemo is a good champion but he's just easy to counter and/or kill, especially if you can burst people. If he is focused by more than 1 person, he will, unless you know how to play him and use your mushrooms well.

The lack of skins on some champions (Trundle and Karma being big examples) due to their lack of popularity is understandable, but I don't know why Riot is hesitant to release Soraka skins. I myself don't understand why they don't make more skins for certain champions. I know they focus on a lot of stuff, but still, there are a lot of champions that have had no skins for over 2 years now, which doesn't make any sense.
