It's extreme sexism, and the fact that it's accepted in today's society is an utter, sad travesty. If a man openly expressed, let alone preached the opinion that all women are [insert female stereotype here. Unintelligent? Slutty? You get the point], he'd be hunted down and would probably face legal trouble. Which is good, because it's a dumb prejudice and something we as a society should strive away from allowing to spread.

But if a woman speaks on equal levels about all men, hell, worst case scenario she's a little unpopular. What in the world is up with that?! How are real gender equalists (I prefer not using the term feminist as feminism nowadays is more about oppression than equality) supposed to make any progress when crap like this is still accepted in society? It's counter-productive, sexistic madness, and that's all it is.

I'm curious to see how people feel about certain female individuals with the mindset that "all men are pigs!" and "all men want to do is stick it in every woman they see!" and "all men care about is porn and boobs!" You get the idea. It isn't necessarily feminism (although it is in some circumstances), but more like... men hate.

I am female, and I cannot stand when other females behave this way. Plenty of girls are also slutty and just as easy as some guys are. To say that all men are like this is close-minded and just... stupid. I'm surprised by the amount of female friends of mine who have this mindset. Really curious to see what some of the guys feel about girls who think this way.

I have a couple girls I know like this. It's ridiculous. As others have said though, I usually say to them, by sterotyping all men as sexists, they themselves are sexist. Theyare usually kind of dumbfounded and just say that, "it's different". I laugh, and then walk away.

Actually, they date idiots because they have low self esteem and unconsciously think that they don't deserve to be threated well. Also the "nice guys" are a bit boring to some girls.

Its generally because they were burned by a previous guy. Be it he did a 180 mid relationship, or she dated a jackass confusing arrogance with confidence.
I try to reason with her, if not tune it out. Some people just want to hate for the sake of hating.
This isn't a gender exclusive issue as well.

TBH I don't care about women like that.

If they act like that it's a HUGE turnoff.
No matter how beautifull, funny or smart she is, narrow minded is reason enough to leave them alone.

If it's a friend of friend then things can get complicated though.
Depending on the mood of the room, I'll either let lose a barrage of female steroetype's (can't drive, can't read maps, only care about shoes etc etc note: all in jest though) or I'll just ignore her.
Trying to show them there are different men is a waste of time imho.

They think like that for w/e reason and I know I'm not the guy to try to change their mind.

IMO, when I run into girls like this I do see them as a sexual object for the simple fact that they arent the type of person I want to get to know if they honestly think bad about me right away. There are good women I would love to meet and talk to person to person but to those closed minded women... they are a life support system for a vagina. If they already think im a pig why disappoint?
