I read through a couple of pages and didn't see the right answer. Here it is:
The amount you can get are dependent on which phase you are in.
Phase 1: 4 (you only need 4 after getting 16 from the starter so you can complete this and move on right away)
Phase 2: 14 (you start off with like 25 after the first day so it takes 9 days after the first day to get 151)
Phase 3: 24/25 (If you choose the Shadow Wardens, you get an extra quest worth 1 mark and you start out at 21. It takes 6 days to get to the next Phase)
Phase 4: 25 (you have access to both wardens/druids and the extra one from the first time u do wardens)
There's 3 more phases, but I am only on 3 currently, so you'd have to go to WoWHead if you want to read their detailed guide on how much the last 3 phases give you, but they require 125 to unlock, unlike the 150 phase 3 and 4 require
Pretty sure the Druids of the Talon give 25 per day as well:
(14 marks are already given from regular Hyjal dailies)
Shadow Wardens:
The Forlorn Spire (for 2 marks)
Solar Core Destruction (for 2 marks)
2 of Pyrorachnophobia, Wicked Webs, The Wardens are Watching, Egg-stinction (for 2 marks each)
Enduring the Heat (for 2 marks)
1 of Embergris, Steal Magmolias, Some Like It Hot (for 1 mark)
Druids of the Talon:
Into the Fire (for 2 marks)
Flamewakers of the Molten Flow (for 2 marks)
Fire Flowers (for 2 marks)
2 of Peaked Interest, Starting Young, Mother's Malice, Fire in the Skies, Singed Wings, Territorial Birds (for 2 marks each)
1 of How Hot, Hounds of Shannox (for 1 mark)
That totals 11 marks from The Shadow Wardens and the Druids of the Talon.
So I have 154 marks today (already picked Wardens) and can't complete the Druids of the Talon quest (obtain 150 marks), is there a time limit set or something? or a date before which you can't turn this quest in?
Nm, I use Carbonite and these quests haven't been added and I just thought to turn the quest tracking part off and found the location....
Edit, I guess once you turn that in and pick up the 3 quests that have you obtain 125 marks a piece there are no other dailies?

Okay, I originally went Druids and today I just unlocked Wardens. I wasn't offered any one-time quests for Wardens. I'm sitting at 17 marks.

If you have completed the Druids dailies today, then you are unable to unlock wardens until the next daily quest reset. I would advise doing the Shadow Wardens at least once, as you can unlock another daily, through a small quest chain, resulting in another mark per day. Then you can choose which faction to do as it won't matter.

25 a day with all dailies including talon or wardens
Turns out you actually can do the opening / one-time quest for the other faction the first day you have them unlocked. For Wardens, you simply go kill a Druid of the Flame, and the acorn will spawn. For Druids, you have to cheese your way down into the cave: you die to the fire as close as you can to the cave entrance, then you ghostwalk which lets jump down the hole, and you rez soon as you're through the ground. You die when you hit the floor but then you can rez right there and go pick up the escort quest. For either group you can also then do the one-mark daily.
