I just finished reading Shardik. A wondrous book.
I am currently reading Bulfinch's (Bulfynch's?) Mythology. Such lovely poetry.

Right now I'm reading Thrall - Twilight of the aspects :> I'm slow at reading and don't read often, so it's taken me a while to read it considering I've had it since Christmas

I really enjoy that series but I've never heard of it before I picked it up because of a recommendation from Amazon.

I have no problem with the story, just with her as a writer. She has no narrative ability, she tells you things instead of showing you, and has only a basic grasp on grammar. = /
My real issue with her and those damn books though, is that now people compare her to JK Rowling, but there's a key difference. JK is an amazing writer, and she has the approximate skill level of a tenth grader.
JK Rowling is highly creative yes, but her literary talent is elementary at best. Read Harry Potter then read something like A song of Ice and Fire and tell me Rowling is an amazing writer...she is not.

Catching Fire. Finishing up the Hunger Games series before I'm being forced to read the Noble Dead Saga. Then I might pick up The Way of Kings again. Unless I finally decide to catch up with WoW books.
