Does conquest point cap reset when xferring to a new server?

I hear it does my question is what resets? If i have a 2500 arena and a 3000 RBG conq cap, which resets or do both of they? I know you lose your arena team when xferring so will my cap just reset to exactly what it was this tuesday? Anyone xfer and know?

Yeah don't know about conquest points, I already got some friends that got their valor points reseted with a transfer.
