What is needed to setup Grid like this

Hey.

I found this vid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZJtD...el_video_title) and Iam really curious how you can put up like 3 or even 4 icons at once per player?

Also is there any addon or any chance to track the players which will get healed from PoH? (maybe even an option for this in grid?)

For the icons check out GridIndicatorCornerIcons and the like (do a search for "grid icon" on wowace). As for PoH, there once was GridStatusCloseUp, which helped tracking the optimal PoH target, but not who will get healed. I know of no plugin that does that, but google brought up GridStatusHealTrace.
