Err.. Yes, most countries do if I recall. Some people have caps, Australians do I think. I live in the middle of the woods basically where no civilized folk would ever travel, so fastest available here is 60mbit interwebz.

Big city people who have fiber and such get like.. 250mbit I think is max? And basically same price. Very unfair

That's still about 10x better than what I got... Although, it could just be the ancient outdated wirings on this place.
