Vault of the Wardens
This secret Warden facility was carved into the mountainside deep in Azsuna, and sealed with magical wards both to keep intruders out, and to ensure that the terrors locked within could never escape. Many of the most dangerous foes the Wardens have encountered were locked away within the Vault, but in the aftermath of Cordana's betrayal and the Legion's attack, those creatures now roam the halls freely.

Tirathon Saltheril
Once ally to the Master, Tirathon made a bargain with the Legion in exchange for more power. Embittered after years of imprisonment, Tirathon is eager to dole out pain and suffering to whomever crosses his path. If that happens to be one of his former captors, then so much the better.

  • Overview - Tirathon begins the fight in his blood elf form, but uses Metamorphosis halfway through the encounter. Tirathon changes to one of two demonic forms at this time and uses new and altered abilities. The form that Tirathon chooses changes from week to week.
    • Damage Dealers -
      • Furious Blast cannot be interrupted as long as Tirathon has Dark Energies protecting him.
      • If Tirathon metamorphoses into a Vengeance demon he casts Fel Mortar instead of Furious Blast. This will greatly increase the number of Furious Flames zones in the arena.
      • If Tirathon metamorphoses into a Havoc demon, use your damage reduction abilities to survive.
    • Healers -
      • Furious Blast damages the entire party if Tirathon's cast is successful.
      • If Tirathon metamorphoses into a Havoc demon the entire party will take significant damage as the fight continues.
    • Tanks -
      • Use Active Mitigation while Darkstrikes is active to prevent Tirathon from gaining Dark Energies.
      • Furious Blast cannot be interrupted while Dark Energies is active.
      • If Tirathon enters Vengeance form, reposition him to avoid his whirling Glaives.
  • Tirathon, Fallen Hunter -
    • Swoop - The caster leaps to a nearby location, knocking back all enemies in the process. Once the leap is completed, the caster begins to cast Furious Blast.
    • Furious Blast - The caster unleashes a Furious Blast of energy, inflicting 910,000 Fire damage to all players within 100 yards. The blast leaves behind a zone of Furious Flames that will inflict Fire damage to all players who enter it.
      • Furious Flames - Standing in the flames inflicts 455,000 Fire damage to the vicitm.
    • Darkstrikes - The caster empowers their attacks with Shadow energies. Any attacks made by the caster that cleanly hit a target without active mitigation empower the caster with an absorption shield that lasts 15 sec.
      • Dark Energies - The caster empowers their attacks with Shadow energies. Any attacks made by the caster that cleanly hit a target without active mitigation empower the caster with an absorption shield that lasts 15 sec.
    • Fel Mortar - The caster calls down Fel Mortars from the sky, striking at the locations of random enemies. Each impact creates a zone of Furious Flames that will inflict Fire damage to all enemies in the area.
  • Demon Form: Havoc - Tirathon metamorphoses into a Havoc demon. He gains the ability to focus his hatred as a beam of fel energy and he periodically Immolates the entire party.
    • Metamorphosis - The caster metamorphoses, bringing their inner demonic energy to the fore. All damage dealt while Metamorphosed is increased by 25%
    • Hatred - The caster channels their Hatred, resulting in a beam of Fel energy that eminates from their eyes. Standing in the beam inflicts 336,000 Fire damage to the victim.
    • Immolation Aura - The caster's soul radiates Fel Energy, burning nearby targets every 5 sec with 127,500 Fire damage.
  • Demon Form: Vengeance - Tirathon metamorphoses into a Vengeance demon. He looses his glaives to fly about the arena with a Fel Chain between them. In addition, Furious Blast is replaced with Fel Mortar.
    • Glaive - The Glaive inflicts 210,000 Physical damage to all players in its path.
      • Fel Chain - The Fel Chains binding Tirathon's glaives together burn all in their path with Fel energy.
    • Fel Mortar - The caster calls down Fel Mortars from the sky, striking at the locations of random enemies. Each impact creates a zone of Furious Flames that will inflict Fire damage to all enemies in the area.

Inquisitor Tormentorum
Of all the foul creatures that serve the Legion, the hooded inquisitors are perhaps the most mysterious, and most menacing. Tormentorum arrived in the aftermath of the initial assault upon the vault. As he drifts through the halls of the Vault, his gaze piercing the shadows in search of some vital secret, even other demons give him a wide berth.

  • Overview - Inquisitor Tormentorum siphons the energy of players and opens prisons at random. These prisons release additional enemies that players must deal with or risk getting overwhelmed.
    • Damage Dealers -
      • Interrupt Sap Soul.
      • Be prepared to dispatch the additional adds Inquisitor Tormentorum frees during the encounter.
      • Inquisitor Tormentorum is immune to all damage while he is freeing prisoners.
      • Facing a Tormenting Orb as it completes its Inquisitive Stare will negate the effects of the ability.
    • Healers -
      • If afflicted with Sap Soul, use an ability you can afford to not have available for a short while.
      • The prisoners freed by Inquisitor Tormentorum increase damage done to the party dramaticallly.
      • Facing a Tormenting Orb as it completes its Inquisitive Stare will negate the effects of the ability.
    • Tanks -
      • Interrupt Sap Soul.
      • Inquisitor Tormentorum frees prisoners when he reaches 70% and 40% health remaining. Be sure to establish threat on the freed prisoners.
      • Facing a Tormenting Orb as it completes its Inquisitive Stare will negate the effects of the ability.
  • Sap Soul - The caster saps the souls of their enemies. Victims who have their souls sapped will have the cooldown of their next ability used within 15 sec increased by 10 sec.
  • Summon Tormenting Orb - Summons a Tormernting Orb that will periodically disorient players unless they are facing the Tormenting Orb.
    • Inquisitive Stare - The caster scans the thoughts of all nearby enemies, disorienting them after 3 sec. Facing the caster will negate the disorientation.
  • Open Prisons - Inquisitor opens groups of prison cells during the encounter.
    • Cellblock 3-3x468 -
      • Felguard Annihilator - Will clear threat and charge to random enemies. Deals a high amount of physical damage.
        • Intercept - Charge an enemy, causing 455,000 damage and stunning it for 3 sec.
      • Shadowmoon Technician - Throws dynamite at random enemies and lays mines on the ground. Also periodically silences a random caster.
        • Silence - Silences an enemy, preventing it from casting spells for 5 sec.
      • Shadowmoon Warlock - Will empower allied demons to do significantly more damage.
        • Fel Power - Channels Fel Power into the target, increasing size by 350% and Physical damage done by 350%.
    • Cellblock 3-0x68-1x0 -
      • Faceless Voidcaster - Periodically fires a Shadow Crash at the location of a random enemy.
        • Shadow Crash Targeting - Fires a missile towards an enemy at range. When this missile lands, it deals 281,000 Shadow damage to all enemies within 0 yards of that location and 182,000 Shadow damage to enemies within the area every 1 sec for 20 sec.
      • Void-Touched Juggernaught - Has a frontal cleave attack and fears all nearby enemies periodically.
        • Frightening Shout - Shouts at nearby enemies causing them to flee in fear for 4 sec.
      • Deranged Mindflayer - Inflicts a high amount of Shadow damage to a random enemy and all targets within 10 yards of that enemy.
        • Mind Blast - Inflicts Shadow damage to all enemies within 10 yards of the target.
    • Cellblock 3-2x024 -
      • Lingering Corruption - Upon death will afflict a random enemy with an aura that creates an explosion when it expires.
        • Corrupted Touch - Corrupts an enemy upon death, causing them to explode after 10 sec, inflicting 546,500 Shadow damage to themselves and all allies within 8 yards.
    • Cellblock 3-4x8-5x02 -
      • Mogu'shan Secret Keeper - Slowly turns all enemies to stone.
        • Flesh to Stone - Inflicts 70,100 Physical damage and slowly turns enemies to stone, reducing movement speed by 5% per stack. Causes petrification at 10 stacks.
      • Enormous Stone Quilen - Inflicts a high amount of Physical damage to its target.
        • Monstrous Bite - Bite an enemy target, inflicting Physical damage equal to 200% of normal damage.

Ash'golm
Ash'golm was one of Ragnaros' lieutenants who burned a violent scar across the forests of Kalimdor before the Wardens finally managed to bind him. Unable to fully destroy Ash'golm, the Wardens locked him in a prison of ice. Unfortunately, the recent incursion by the Legion has weakened the countermeasures that kept Ash'golm frozen all these years....

  • Overview - Ash'golm gradually fills the playspace with more and more lava until he is frozen by the room's countermeasures. Once frozen, Ash'golm becomes Brittle and takes additional damage until he reheats and begins to fill the room with fire once again.
    • Tanks -
      • Ash'golm aims his Fissure
        ability in the direction of his current target.
      • Embers always attack random enemies and cannot be tanked.
      • Players can absorb lava by moving through it.
    • Healers -
      • The entire party will take damage from Smoldering unless Ash'Golm is frozen.
      • Volcano and Lava Wreath target players at range.
      • Players can absorb lava by moving through it.
    • Damage Dealers -
      • Ash'golm and his Embers will take more damage when they are Brittle.
      • Volcano and Lava Wreath target players at range.
      • Players can absorb lava by moving through it.
  • Lava - Players who walk through Lava absorb it; but will suffer 140,000 Fire damage per 3 sec.
    If an Ember absorbs the Lava, it will explode shortly thereafter.
  • Lava Wreath - The caster calls upon their elemental might, creating a ring of lava.
  • Fissure - The caster stomps on the ground, causing a fissure to erupt in a straight line from the center of the platform to their current tank target.
  • Volcano - The caster hurls a rock of molten lava at a random enemy. When it lands a volcano forms that will inflict 280,000 Fire damage to all enemies within its confines.
    While active, the volcano spawns embers at random locations around the room.
    • Ember - Embers Sear targets at random. If Lava passes under an Ember it will get Fired Up, increasing its damage.
      • Sear - The caster fires a blast of intense heat at a random enemy.
      • Fired Up - The Ember absorbs the heat of the lava. After 5 sec. the Ember will Detonate for 364,000 Fire damage to all players.
  • Countermeasures - Countermeasures are present around the room. Activating any one of these will freeze any fire present in the room. Elementals affected in this manner are made Brittle for a short duration.
    • Brittle - The target is frozen. No actions can be taken while frozen and all damage taken is increased by 25%.

Glazer
Like many demons of this type, Glazer can focus his gaze into a potent weapon against his enemies. The Wardens discovered that the creature's magical emissions could be reflected back to their source, to debilitating effect. They used this knowledge to ensnare the demon, and crafted a special prison of mirrors to contain its power. Until now.

  • Overview - Glazer alternates between two phases. In the first, he follows players around, creating zones of energy meant to foil players' positioning. In the second, he teleports to the center of the room, channeling a beam of instense energy until that players use nearby lenses to redirect the beam to strike his vulnerable rear.
    • Tanks -
      • Glazer can be hit by his own Pulses.
      • Glazer's beam will exit a lens in the direction it is facing. Help direct the beam to hit him in the back using the lenses.

  • Pulse - The caster creates a pulse of energy that will bounce around the room until it comes into contact with either a player or the caster. Players coming into contact with the Pulse take 270,000 Arcane damage.
    If the pulse hits Glazer, Glazer will take 270,000 Arcane damage instead.
  • Lingering Gaze - The caster concentrates their gaze into an Ethereal eye and projects it at the target. When the eye lands it will create a zone of Lingering Gaze. Players who remain in this zone suffer 210,000 Shadow damage each second and are slowed.
  • Focus - Glazer focuses his gaze into a fine beam of energy that chases a random player. If this beam is redirected into Glazer's back it stuns him, causing him to take bonus damage while stunned. While focusing, Radiation affects the entire room periodically.
    • Focused - The caster focuses their gaze into a beam that will inflict Fire damage to the first object in its path. Any lenses caught in the beam's path cause it to be redirected in the direction the lens is facing.
      • Beam - Glazer's beam inflicts 140,000 Fire damage to all enemies in its path.
    • Radiation - Energy from the beam radiates out to the entire room, inflicting Arcane damage to all players. This damage increases the longer players are exposed.
    • Overload - The Overloaded Lens explodes from all the energy feeding into it, inflicting 2,000,000 Fire damage to all enemies.

Cordana Felsong
Traitor. Betrayer. Outcast. Cordana was among the vanguard that pursued Garrosh into the Dark Portal, fighting by Khadgar's side and working to thwart the influence of the Shadow Council. But Gul'dan's dark sorcery wormed its way into her heart, turning her into the warlock's ultimate pawn. Once a paragon of duty, she will now forever be known as the instrument of the Wardens' undoing.

  • Overview - Using Elune's Light to properly counter Cordana's abilities is key to successfully defeating her.
  • Elune's Light - Elune's Light can be acquired from the Glowing Sentry on Illidan's platform, and can be picked up during the encounter when it is removed by Cordana's various abilities.
    • Elune's Light - The Light of Elune shines down on you, making you immune to the effects of Deepening Shadows and revealing any enemies Veiled in Shadow.
      While Elune's Light persists you are unable to enter stealth.
  • Deepening Shadows - Creates a pool of Deepening Shadows at the victim's feet that grows outward. These shadows will recede if their source is covered in Elune's Light.
    Standing in the shadows causes the victim to suffer 364,000 Shadow damage every second.
  • Knockdown Kick - Delivers a roundhouse kick, knocking the victim down.
    • Turn Kick - Delivers a turn kick, knocking the victim backwards.
  • Detonating Moonglaive - Cordana hurls her Moonglaive at a random location. Any target caught in its path causes it to explode for 728,000 damage in a 10 yard radius around the target.
  • Shadowstep - Cordana slips into the shadows, hiding from her enemies until she is revealed by Elune's Light or after 60 sec has passed. While Veiled in Shadow, Cordana will create a pattern of Fel Glaives that inflict Physical damage to anyone caught in their path.
    • Fel Glaive - The caster creates a dizzying array of Fel Glaives that spiral out from the center of the platform. Victims caught in the path of these glaives suffer 266,000 Fire damage.
  • Creeping Doom - The caster summons several spirits of Fel energy that slowly move across the platform. If a player comes into contact with one of these spirits an explosion of Fel energy occurs, inflicting 910,000 Fire damage to all players within 5 yards and knocking them back.
  • Avatar of Vengeance - The caster summons an Avatar of Vengeance at a nearby location. The Avatar will periodically summon a Spirit of Vengenace nearby that can only be seen when exposed by the Light of Elune.
    • Vengeance - Hits the target for 266,000 Shadow damage.
