tad confused, the BL screeny has 3 boomkins, the method videos on wowhead had at least 1 boomkin in, but according to the site linked on wowhead about both theoretical max dps and predicted actual dps - boomkins were at the bottom of actual and bottom 3 of theoretical - so why are these top guilds running loads of boomkins? am i missing something?

I imagine it's something to do with add control and aoe, both of which boomkin is very strong at.
