It's based on SP. Currently one-to-one, but that may change in tuning. Only the heal is modified by crit/mastery. (WarcraftDevs)

Rogue (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator)
Will Outlaw Rogues still use Stealth?
Outlaws do have Stealth, but it's less of a focus for them. (WarcraftDevs)

PvE
New BOA Mythic 5 man trinket drops attached to Loot eligibility? Is it obtainable with subsequent kills in the same week?
You need to be eligible for loot in order to win the trinkets. (WarcraftDevs)

PvP
Hi Holunki, will there be any sort of PvP Class Talent Previews coming, or just wait until Beta?
I don't think we'll do a PvP talent preview. We are hoping to have a broader PvP systems blog though. (holinka)

If I turn off XP, can I still gain PvP lvl? Will I have access to same PvP spell & prestige reward as a lvl 10 like a lvl 110?
The PvP Honor system is only available at level 110. (WarcraftDevs)

Transmogrification
New tmog system: Will gear tooltips reflect if we have the item's appearance saved to the system? Would help TONS collecting.
We'll make the info available through some means, but haven't decided exactly how yet. (WarcraftDevs)

wait they are going to drop legendaries out random in the world?

oh wow, so close to F2P

I honestly don't think I'm going to like this legendary thing... I don't want to start off pessimistic about it, but you know what's going to happen. They're going to be tied to LV110 mob drops and areas of the map where the RNG is "better" is just going to be camped all day and night. It happened with the Savage Blood/Wetlands Trampler and trapping for the barn... It WILL happen again and we're going to have all sorts of posts about "So and so is the only place to farm legendaries, and my guild group expects me to get them for my raid spot... Please make things drop easier!". Unless a spot has INSANE respawn timers, or an alternate way of getting these things, it's going to be a clusterf**k!

I also don't get their thought process behind legendary items. All the sudden them just dropping is ok? I guess I'm not supposed to get it. Obtaining a legendary was supposed to show of serious prestige and dedication to getting one. Now they just drop? It's very odd to me that these went from very few having them due to a significant amount of work, to the "EVERYBODY GETS ONE" model.

I'm reserving my judgement until I see how "targeting" specific legendaries works, and I'm DESPERATELY holding out hope that they require a serious quest to get and not just farming mobs and saying "here you go, it's orange! Enjoy!" This game is grindy enough as it is, I don't need to be spending all my free time killing the same elite mobs over and over again just because I have to for a raid spot.

If these are tied to drops, and this is Blizzard's answer to "getting us out in the world", then I'll be personally upset!

It's going to take some farming if you want to have the item, that's for sure, BUT the crowded area thing might not be too bad. They made it so every mob can be tagged by up to 5 people at once, effectively increasing the number of mobs there are by 5 (if people are efficient). I think that should cut down on most of the nasty mob sniping problems we've had and make sure that if you want to farm something, you can.

The problem of your guild demanding you have the item is a personal problem between you and your guild. That's not something Blizz can help.

No, it's Blizzard problem forcing people to farm these legendaries. I'm saying about raiding, because only people who raid will agree with me. People want as good players as possible, simple and easy example:
"LF HFC normal, link curve and +710ilvl!!!"

My guess is you will only be able to wear one piece of legendary armor... If anyone knows better let me know

It is my understanding thst in legion pvp your gear is effectively neutralised for the most part, only your artifact being active.
You gain stats from template for that spec, increased by higher item level.

Well hard to say how this will all work the drop rate could be so low that the chances of seeing a legendary could be remote.. Like look at how often you saw epic level or even blue level world drops, they were so rare that when you did get one you were stoked..

So until we know more it is hard to judge what the drop rate will be, I mean you look at what it took in Vanilla and TBC with legendaries it was just a case of RNG and being lucky to win the roll.. WoTLK and Cata was build your own and being chosen by your guild to be given the parts to the legendary.. MoP and WoD where everyone got one anyways and all it was, was just one long grind fest and you would do it on maybe one or two toons as the grinding for the parts made it so that doing it anymore was a right pain in the butt..

Oh yeah, I know that the guild demand is a problem on my end. I fully get that; however, the caveat is that if Blizz does decide in the end to have legendaries just drop that's forcing a lot of guilds to make members grind non-stop for them especially in the elite of the elite guilds. It's no secret that if there's something better out there in the world that you can't get raiding, but will make you more powerful, you're going to be grinding for it, or you lose your spot to someone who will grind for it. This isn't so much in my guild as I'm VERY casual at this game (IRL commitments), but I can see it being a HUGE problem and drain on people who are expected to do it.

I just hope they stick to their word of shared mob tagging. It was mentioned once and I've never heard a mention of it again.

Kinda surprised (and pleased somewhat) that the legendaries are BoP and as such wont create a massive economy problem by being a commodity. That said, can you imagine how gutted youd be to get lucky and find one, only to find your class/spec cant use it? (Bind on Account would be better?)

I doubt it would be like that but hard to tell.. And as mentioned at the top of the list this idea was mentioned at Blizzcon so there should be no surprises at least for those who saw / went to Blizzcon..

And yet again, resto is boned. Literally every other spec of Druid got a new high rez form, and trees are left with the same model since it was put in the game -- and no, the cool down doesn't count.

this is my thought also - it would be much much better if they worked as heirlooms being accountwide and having accountwide progress

Treant form is a glyph. It's not tied to the restoration spec at all. Resto druids got a HD model in WOD when the player models were upgraded. Treant hasn't been the resto druid form since WLK.

Note: I play a resto druid. If you wanna complain about something, complain that we're losing cyclone, not that we're not getting HD treant form.
