  • Icecap is no longer activated by auto-attacks.

Demon Hunter (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Nemesis is no longer on the global cooldown.

Druid (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Casting an affected spell now removes only one stack of Predatory Swiftness with the legendary Ailuro Pouncers.
  • (Balance) Celestial Downpour now increases Starfall's duration by 20% (was 100%).

Hunter (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Killer Cobra now triggers when Cobra Shot is cast (was when spell hit).
  • Survival Hunters' Mastery will correctly be activated by pet auto-attacks.
  • Bursting Shot will no longer clear damage-over-time effects from targets in PvE.

Mage (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • The legendary Belo'vir's Final Stand will now activate when a character has learned Arcane Momentum.

Monk (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • The legendary Ovyd’s Winter Wrap no longer activates Gust of Mists when the overheal effect is applied.
  • The damage of the Cinidaria the Symbiote legendary will no longer be reduced while the Monk has Storm, Earth, and Fire active.

Rogue (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Outlaw Rogues should now be able to apply the Glyph of Blackout to Sap.

Warrior (Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator / Artifact Calculator / PvP Talent Calculator)
  • Players who have unlocked the Sul'thraze the Lasher appearance should get credit for the Achievement that grants the appearances of the two weapons used to make it.

Dungeons and Raids
  • Players at the weekly cap for Lingering Soul Fragments should no longer be mailed extras or receive an error.
  • Halls of Valor
    • The damage reduced by standing within Hyrja's Eye of the Storm now properly scales with increasing Mythic Keystone levels.

Holiday
  • The Hallow's End Crooked Tree Curse is successfully removed from players when they leave the area.

Items
  • Using the Flight Master's Whistle should no longer close your map or prevent you from chatting.
  • You can no longer have the effects of multiple combat potions at the same time.
  • Bacon should no longer remove Omelette buffs. Of course.

PvP

Quests
  • Players are no longer able to start the quest chain that starts with "Fate of the Guard" and leads to the quest "Last Stand of the Moon Guard" until after completing "Shal'Aran".
  • The kill requirement for "Cry More Thunder!" has been reduced to 50 (was 150).
  • The “Power of Corruption” quest item Essence of Wyrmtongue no longer allows players to attack members of their own faction. Tricksy demons!

World
  • The Battle for Shattrath is working again.
  • Golden Eaglets, Tiny Apparitions, and Rose Taipans now spawn more frequently.
  • Wildlife have migrated away from the Ashamane's Fall graveyard in Val'sharah.
  • The portals in the Underbelly should now be visible.

This event is open to everyone, whether you’re attending the convention or just happen to be in the neighborhood, and admission is free. We’ll also have some great food, special anniversary-themed drinks, entertainment—and even a surprise or two.

BlizzCon - Darkmoon Faire and New Merchandise
We got even more details about the Darkmoon Faire and new merchandise!

Darkmoon Faire
  • The Darkmoon Faire will be back this year, bigger than ever and relocated to the third floor.
  • The Pin Trading area returns, with new exclusive Alliance and Horde Murky pins.
  • There will also be a 10 year anniversary BlizzCon pin.
  • Pet adoption will also be back, with Frostwolf Pups, Whelplings, Treasure Goblins, Pepe, Ganymede and more.
  • Capsule Toys are also back, with eight new toys. These include Pepe, Mei, and Genji.
  • New this year is the Timewalking Trading Post, allowing you to collect purchase things from previous years.
  • If you spend over a certain amount, there is a chance of receiving a special prize.
  • The Prize Wheel will have lots of different things, including a special Reaper Funko Pop.
  • The Publisher's Alley is a place with lots of Blizzard books, including the WoW Cookbook. Author signings as well.

Blizzard Gear
  • The store opens on Thursday at 9 AM.
  • This year you can use Blink shopping! This allows physical ticketholders to select and pay for all of the things they want, pay for it, and then pick up the order at the store with a QR code.
  • More than 50 new items will be launched on the 3rd, only for physical and virtual ticketholders.

  • World of Warcraft holiday sweater, with murlocs holding candy canes
  • Cute but Deadly Travel Bag
  • Overwatch bag
  • Overwatch Tracer jacket
  • World of Warcraft bomber jacket
  • Hearthstone shirt with glow in the dark swirl

  • Diablo shirt
  • World of Warcraft Illidan shirt
  • Heroes of the Storm shirt
  • Starcraft shirt
  • Blizzcon key art shirt
  • Diablo Reaper of Souls Mahjong set
  • Gold Solider 76 Funko Pop
  • Illidan sculpture that is over two feet tall. It has interchangeable hands, warglaive hands, demon hands.
  • The Illidan sculpture can be purchased in person or online.

    The soul fragments are part of the next quest Light's Heart offers you after you've completed the Illidan in BT quest. You need 80 of them, and they have a weekly cap of 10.

    I can relate to the comic as well. Opened my class hall chest casually after the patch hit and for the first time I didn't hope for a legendary and yet a legendary popped up! Took a second to realize that, only to be disappointed that it has no main stats or a dps boost in it. But survivality is welcome!

    Our guild only has two legendaries. Both came from emissary chests and both on the same day, both were the same item (legs) and the two who got them are locks, so now the joke among us is "gotta roll a lock to get a legendary."
