Classes
Developers’ notes: All of the damage increases below are a combination of buffing specs that don't benefit from the Netherlight Crucible's item level increase as much as other specs, as well as tuning the specs relative to each other.
The yetis of Feralas should once again have facial hair.
Dungeons and Raids
Vault of the Wardens
Fixed a bug preventing Inquisitor Tormentorum’s associates from automatically engaging players.
Tomb of Sargeras
Demonic Inquisition
The number of Echoing Anguish debuffs has been reduced to 2 (was 3) on Raid Finder, Normal, and Heroic difficulties.
Kil’jaeden
[Hotfix in testing] Reduced the health of Kil’jaeden, Erupting Reflection, and Shadowsoul by 5% on all difficulties.
[Hotfix in testing] The maximum distance from the center of the platform that Armageddon can spawn has been reduced on all difficulties.
[Hotfix in testing] The radius of the explosion from Bursting Dreadflame has been reduced on all difficulties.
[Hotfix in testing] Chaotic Eruption damage and knockup has been reduced on Mythic difficulty.
Player versus Player
All specs that received general damage increases above have been reduced by an equivalent amount in PvP, as the Netherlight Crucible’s item-level increases to the player’s Artifact weapon have very little impact on PvP.
World Boss - Humongris Pocket Wizard is up this week, so you can head to Val'sharah to kill Humongris for a chance at item level 860 items and a Iron Relic.

This Week
All week, open your map (default hotkey: m) and then select any of the five main Broken Isles zones to consider the World Quests available to you. Hover your mouse over a World Quest on the map to see what tasks are needed complete it, the rewards you’ll receive, and the time remaining that the quest is available to you.
Correct me if I'm wrong but the void doesn't have anything to do with the Old gods correct? If that's the case then they have fodder for at least two expansions but I'm not sure how much they can milk it. They are obviously trying to inject as much new lore regarding the void as possible since we have mostly run out of preestsblished Warcraft 3 lore.

The Void Lords created the Old Gods to infest World Souls and corrupt them so that could have a corrupt titan
Why should you do a world boss that drops 860ilvl?
because the world quest that goes alongside them if it's an AP token is worth the effort for the most part.

until chronicle, all we knew was that the titan pantheon destroyed many 'old gods' but in doing so caused the planets to die, we didn't know why that was the case and that was the reason for their imprisonment, now though they have added that the old gods are the creations of the void lords and are a physical manifestation of their power and killing them if they have infected a world soul causes the world soul to die, the only references in game are those from yogg'saron in the puzzle box toy, but as we get closer to blizzcon and the reveal for the new expansion will likely get more in game story relating to the void and all that stuff that previously was only in comics/books supplementing the game.
I'm not sure about ingame, as I'm not sure if the actual in game races know about the Void Lords, other than the Ethereals and Naaru. Maybe it was mentioned in a class order questline, but I never saw one. The information can be found in the Chronicle, Volume 1.
So many "The Void" hints.... we already know what the next expansion will be about. Alleria as last expansion boss? A Raid leaded by Sylvanas? Vareesa crying in a corner for being useless unlike her sisters?
Nah...wanna see Alleria leading the charge to destroy the evil traitor Sylvanas!...No matter how hypocritical it would make her look
Lol what is the point of that calculator when you flat out don't know which traits you actually get? You also have a scaling mistake for some of the tooltips where you used some base values when writing them out (mouse over gives you the proper one).
The yetis of Feralas should once again have facial hair.
This is why I don't give Blizzard money anymore. Argus World Boss bonus rolls are still bugged by they hot fixed this garbage? Like who even goes to Feralas?

Numerous in-game references but I can see why people would miss them because it's not quest text or something so you might not get the point if you're not paying close attention. But uh anyways, the lore is pretty well laid out especially in the Il'gynoth and Star Auger Atraeus raid encounters. Practically lays the whole story out (Malfurion practically says verbatim that the Legion is just a distraction from the real fight that lays ahead) and where things are going next. However, it also makes it clear that the races of Azeroth don't know about the Old god's masters.
I love how lifelike the facial animations in the cinematics are becoming- Alleria's "Aww, shiiittt.." face was awesome. Makes me wonder if any of it is motion-capped or all CGI.
It's painfully obvious (not least from a few rare mob dialogues/etc) that they're setting up 'The Void'/etc to be the even greater evil. The Legion, by contrast, is somehow the lesser evil.
Who knows, maybe we'll end up joining up with the Legion/Sargeras to face the Void/Old Gods/etc.
A good portion of the Legion served the Void and Old Gods before Sargeras pressed them into service. Now that he is gone, they'll go back to their old masters. The wildcards would be the Eredar, since their leadership will be all but gone by the end of Legion.
This is what my shadow artifact weapon told me today while doing new quests:
"The God of the Deep writhes in his prison, breaking free ever so slowly. You should hurry and defeat the fallen titan... there are greater battles yet to fight."
Greater than Sargeras? God of the Deep? Old god underwater and Azshara is somewhere near by?
Also there was this whisper:
"Do the naaru speak of eternal conflict? That the entire history of your world is but a fraction of the time that has passed? Of those that came before draenei? No? <short chuckle>"
Maybe not related to expansion as much as first whisper but still interesting.
