Why is it so hard to find a Mythic raiding guild that isn't full of toxic people?

Since there are so many players and all the cool names are already taken,
what are some of the hardest names to aquire for your character? i'd imagine something like "Night" or "stealth" would be one of the hardest names to get today.
What do you think?

EU Realms there are:
223 Daves
221 Matts
and 216 Bobs
I'd say a majority of these are level 1s untouched for Years. You could probably get a GM to unlock the name for you!

You know you can have names freed up by GM's? I recently got the name Discipline and my friend got Arcane on a very busy EU realm. Lots of other choices too.

I've managed to snatch the names "Ermahgerd" and "Kthnxbai" on the busiest EU PvP realm. Also got a 3 letter abbreviation "Emg" (In my head it stands for ermahgerd) which I reckon are all pretty hard names to get xD
