The concept is pretty cool, but damn that's a horrible tattoo. It seriously looks like something a person would doodle onto a paper during a boring class. You should've gone to an artist who can actually do the image justice.
I don't like it. The skull on the hilt is too small and the blade is too large.
I don't know anything in tatoo but it looks like amateur work to me :c.
Looks good!
Speaking of WOW tatts, this one is amazing
Wow...
The artist sucks.
You didn't even bring him a real photo of frostmourne? Did he like, recreate it from memory? Holy shit, it's not even the same sword.
I was a Death's Demise.
Those were the good old days.
if you wanted it to be in that cartoonish / silly style, then its great.
Jeez, there sure are some miserable people trying to find some company in here.
Grats OP. It reminds me of WC3 TFT concept art. The good thing is it's pretty basic still, so there's plenty of room to touch-up and add-on to it in the coming years.
you don't get out much do you, I suggest you google tattoos to see what kick-ass tattoo's actually look like. I worked for a tattoo parlour while at art school for some extra cash and speaking from experience that is NOT kick ass. The concept is good but the actual artwork is not.
Good thing is because the art is so simple it can be worked on later.
"you can't be serious!!" - yes actually I am.
Not knocking your decision to get the tattoo - it's a personal decision and I can respect that. I do have to say though that it does look a little "cheap", the line work is not very good and the colors vibrant to the point where it looks more like a child's drawing rather than a serious piece. Personally I believe in spending a lot of money on tattoos, a lot of my friends have sleeves that cost several thousand dollars. While a lot of people would say that's crazy, IMO it's completely worth it to spend a lot of money for quality that's going to be on you for the rest of your entire life basically.
Anyway, as long as you like it then that's all that matters. Grats!
