Your business is only possible due to the infrastructure provided to you by society. You should not be able to discriminate against anyone who helped fund that.

Unless someone is doing something to harm you, your employees, or your business then yes you should be required to serve them. Are you also ok with businesses banning black people?

Infrastructure was funded by government, who got money from taxes i pay from running my business (and in some cases i need to build infrastructure myself).
Why would i be required to serve anyone? As long as i pay rent/fee for using the land my business is standing on, it's none of your business who i serve or who i don't.
US of A is a free country last time i checked.
Also im ok with businesses banning black people, yellow people or white people.

I do not support this bill, because it allows the government to discriminate, which is a clear violation of the 14th Amendment. It is not a violation for a private entity to discriminate against a gay person... at least not yet.

It's not wrong. Taking away such essential protections would lead back to the world of the 1930's and onward. Back to the days of badges for Jews and homosexuals. Back to the days of "separate but equal!" where whites got their place and blacks got their run-down and underfunded schools and public places. Back to the days where it was unofficially okay to beat or murder someone just because of the color of their skin.

My belief still hasn't changed. Apply the same standards; that's it. You make it sound like my only interest is to make sure religious people have to serve homosexuals. Using your other example: Yes, I think a gay business owner should serve members of WBC, because he has to follow the same laws of discrimination everyone else does.

This is just a bit of hyperbole. Considering the non-government driven outcry against every single business who has not accommodated all people, the problem is taking care of itself without intervention.

But there is no federal law stating you cannot discriminate against gay people. On top of that, the initial anti-discrimination laws were nothing more than people forcing their beliefs onto others. And when it comes to private businesses, it is your belief that they should be forced to serve gay people... and you want to use the government to force that belief onto everyone. As for your last sentence, that is precisely what you are doing. You think your morals matter, and you think the government should bend in your favor.
