No, that's an amazing way to draw attention to ones self.

Does Sweden not have any swimming pool you can just go to at night when there's nobody there anyways? the swimming pool that's just outside my town is generally empty between 11PM and 11AM ^^
What to do if you find yourself stuck in a crack in the ground underneath a giant boulder you can’t move, with no hope of rescue. Consider how lucky you are that life has been good to you so far. Alternatively, if life hasn’t been good to you so far, which given your current circumstances seems more likely, consider how lucky you are that it won’t be troubling you much longer.

It is a good workout, since i have a bad back it's really the only thing i can do. Is it a bit boring though.

I'm just gonna ease up on running for a week, and then work my way up to it without over doing it.

I dunno, I kinda like swimming, but prefer to do it during winter when it's dark, something about laying in the swimming pool/hot tub when it's pitch black and snowing on you is kinda relaxing. used to frequently go there around 1am on winters, never a soul there. it's about 10KM out of the town so it's usually rid of kids too, which is a massive plus.

    Congrats on your weekend dj!

Swimming is great because it is low impact and a great cardio workout.

Swimming for cardio seems super annoying. Rather do running with a bad knee.

Got some anti-inflammatory-gel to use on my knee today doe!

Heh, found this joke on reddit:

"When does Dark Souls get good?"
    "When you do."

Get an exercise bike Joy, probably a lot less strain on the body than running and you can do it in doors. That's what I used when I lost a lot of weight, and planning on going back on my diet/excercise stuff so going out to look at buying a new one now.
