It is true, if u take away super delegates, the race is super close. In votes Bernie is giving her a good run and it shows how divided the democrats are. With super delegates it's not even a thing.

Hows it super close? Her pledged delegate lead is nearly 300, far greater than Obama ever had on her. Without superdelegates, he needs 2/3 of all the remaining delegates to TIE her.

1) Sanders will never run as an independent. It would be entirely contrary to his political goals -- to move the government more progressive. He knows running 3rd party would guarantee a Trump victory.

Clinton isn't likely to loose her cool against Trump. I'm sure there will feisty testy moments, but some people think Clinton will just melt down when put under pressure which is a little odd given her lengthy and frequently testing tenure in DC.

The debates will be spectacular watching though. I can't wait for Trump to bring up Bill's infidelity to have Hillary bring up that Trump ACTUALLY cheated instead of just standing by her man who cheated.

When I see these claims of Trump leading in the polls I would love for them to list those polls that show this. Otherwise one might think they are simply making up shit.

The way to do it is to vote third party locally but stick to the two parties nationally -- that is if you want your vote to count.

Unfortunately until third parties start picking up power locally they won't get any traction becoming a national power. That's why I always vote third party for small local offices but still to major parties otherwise.

Sure, but the people into that sort of thing are already in Trump's camp. That behavior will likely turn off a number of people and has the real vulnerable spot of looking misogynistic.

If Bernie runs as 3rd party, you can bet that a Republican candidate would jump in as a 4th party. Likewise if Paul Ryan decides to run as an Independent, Bernie would then run as well.

Sorry I'm a realist! There is evidence out there for building a third party presence locally as a long term strategy to breaking the two party system.

However you have to realize that the constitution will have to change before third parties will ever actually be viable due to the requirement that the winner get a majority of electoral college votes. That's extremely unlikely with a viable third party and the powers that be will voluntarily select a third party candidate for president or VP.
