I'm against this. In Denmark we have a womens right movement that basicly consists off(sue me...) ugly middle aged+ women who hates men. These are the ladies who picked stupid boyfriends when they where young and attractive, grew up to find out they where not hubby material, got fucking mad when they found out all their gf's had hubbies and kiddies and now want to take that anger out on everyone else.
TLDR: Only the ugly women with the ugly titties wants to go around topless.

Also we wouldnt be seeing these people on the few sunny days we have a year. These are also the winter-dippers with thick skin, they dont care if its raining or snowing they'l go around flashing all year.

Don't really get the whole american cultural prudishness thing. It's just a human body. We all have one and they all have (more or less) the same bits.
It's not going to corrupt your kids to see someone naked. Hardcore pornography, sure that's different, but someone just walking around doing day to day things with a nipple out? Who fucking cares.
