The fault in your logic is that Youtube is in no way obliged to let people have "muh free speech" since they own the site. Free speech doesn't apply everywhere.

The thing is that YouTube is part of Google, a company, they aren't the US government and they can decide what they want to have on their site and what not. If they don't want someone preaching hate speech they have the right to remove you from their property, which in this case is YouTube. This doesn't violate her freedom of speech, she can go blabber on government property like the streets. Google/YouTube isn't government property.

I wasn't claiming the 1st amendment applied, but it's in the best interest of humanity that free expression be allowed to exist uncensored.
