To clarify: Let's say we have Malygos at 1/5 on Day #31. If Day #35 passed and he remained at that, we drop him.

However, since new nominees only reflect the next Day on the list, then they kind of gain an extra day over currently existing characters. Example: Someone came on Day #31 and nominated Rhonin, he won't appear on the list till Day #32, so he will be dropped on Day #36 instead (provided that he remained at 1/5.)
