It's more than convoluted system. And part of the convoluted system is intentiolly made to favour the establishment. I'm not talking about the convolutedness of only able to vote if your've been a asigned as a democrat for x months.

I'm talking about thigns like nevada where 58 bernie 'delegates'wern't allowed in or when the majority of voice votes were for bernie but went to hillary.
    - New york where they made very recent changes in their system and excluded 200,000+ valid votes and changing opening hours of votes locations.
    - Before the elections I did hear story about how Replublicans were rigging the digital election machines to favour them and some of that might have influenced in hillarys favour as well.
    - Also story about correlation of districts with the oldest voting machines resulting in more hilary votes and would be expected, but thats too much hearsay and just icing on the cake.
    - And a few more cases with this.
    - Which i havn't mentioned is how the established media is handling things

I mostly don't mind hilary trash talking about bernie or putting comercials out...thats part of campaigning in US. It's mostly all the indirect elements that should have been neutral.

Despite the election system scandals Hilary would have probably won it would have probably been 51 vs 49% so too close for comfort. I think the media had a bigger impact.

I think Shillary is the lesser of the two evils, but frankly, if that is the quality of the arguments the left have, they deserve to be outnumbered by morons. Demonizing your enemy has never worked in the long run.

Here's my thought. Trump speaks his mind. Trump is also an arsehole. But he is a FAR better option than a lying feminist and a jew that can't math properly, and all the other idiots.

Here's the thing though. Trump might be the best option, but it's not really saying much. Almost always, all the presidential candidates are lose-lose situations, and this time is no different.

.....but he doesn't believe in man made climate change and has sworn to revert all the good things Obama has done in terms of regulations if he takes office...

That alone is a massive deal breaker. The shittiest candidate imaginable that swears to do something about climate change would still be better than Trump.

I love when people translate socialism into communist. Everytime i hear the word communist I can pretty much guess what they say and write them off as indocrinated neo-liberals (thats the origin of that to my knowlegde).

It's similiar to sexist and racist, its a dismissal argument.

Also if social = communist = is failed economy = dictatorship
than capitalism = neo-liberalism = corperatism = bad economy = corrupt legal and democracy

If you turn one in an extreme you have to do it with the ohter aswell and both dispite their ideology don't end well in practice.......It's just that neo-liberalism is slower and more indirect compared to communism.

As long as the people live well... who cares? I'm not a stock broker or a banker, as long as I get enough money to live well in my country, it doesn't matter.

Non-American, would vote for Hillary or another candidate (like Sanders). While I don't really like her, she is still the lesser evil, and: Not a Republican.

Uh no. Their industry is focused on exports. As their dollar goes down their exports become cheaper and the orders for their industries goes up. On the other hand our exports are more expensive so they sell less and US businesses see business drop off hurting their bottom line. A lower dollar actually boosts their economy.

You do understand why the US gets pissed that the Chinese devalue their currency right? Same issue.

But the effect for them is the same.

The dollar is weaker than ours which is of course what you were referencing when you asked: "How's that Canadian dollar doing?" Implying that the lower Canadian Dollar was a bad thing for them. I pointed out it benefited them and now all you are left with is the above.

Canada is the world’s sixth-largest oil producer. Oil makes up 25% of its exports.

Last year, revenues for Canada’s energy sector plunged an estimated 22%.

Over the past 18 months, the stock price of Suncor Energy (SU), Canada’s largest oil company, has plunged 48%. Enbridge (ENB), Canada’s second-biggest oil company, has plunged 37%.

Uhuh which of course is meaningless to the point that the the lowered Canadian Dollar is good for them. You know for the other 75% of their exports.

Edit. Apparently oil is 19% of it's exports not 25% as you claim.
