Eh, probably not as warm as a traditional insulated house, but I wouldn't be surprised if those windows are double paned glass, and they probably have very good central heating as well. I know when my father lived in an industrial loft (an old converted walnut factory), he had a space heater in addition to his central air.
That said, I haven't ever spent much time in cold climates, so who knows?
