Hey whatever helps you sleep at night man. Like I said, I don't care that you're homophobic. As much as I think they're weird so long as they have no power to enact policy changes I could care less what they think or who they dislike. Same goes with racists. What I do dislike however is people without a spine trying to dance around the issue but still holding the values. Double standards at that but hey homophobia was never logical to begin with
Not really, you are just wrong on the meaning of dislike on that sentence. I do not dislike gay people, as individuals, which is the semantic reason why "dislike" is there. I can befriend gays, have fun and socialize with them. I did in the past. What I do not like is two gay man getting intimate. If I can turn my head, I will do so.
No, you are a homophobe. Who has lived in a society in which homosexuality is frowned upon, and this societal belief has been embedded in you. You do not find two girls kissing disgusting, because you have a sexual attraction to both of them, but you find two kissing dudes disgusting, because this situation doesn't satisfy your sexual fantasies. As long as your sexual fantasies are satisfied, you are okay with homosexuality; when they are not, suddenly you are not okay with it. It is homophobia, mate, and a very hypocritical one at that.
We have faced trials and danger, threats to our world and our way of life. And yet, we persevere. We are the Horde. We will not let anything break our spirits!"
I'm sure Saudi Arabia would be glad to host it instead.

As if I'm telling you that you need to, as a straight man, go out and watch male gay porn to prove you're not a homophobe. No, I'm saying that if you see two men kiss (not an innately sexual act that people do everyday all over the world) and you feel any sort of discomfort so much so that you need to look away then you are homophobic. Specifically to gay men in this instance.
It's not even an insult in the way I'm using it. If you're homophobic just admit to it, I'm not going to try and change your mind about it.
Which is a nonsensical position. By the same argument, being left-handed is "unnatural". Having red hair is "unnatural". Etc. It's not a useful turn of phrase.
Insisting that your homophobia is mild and you can repress it at times is not an argument that you're not homophobic. You dislike two gay men kissing, but don't dislike hetero PDAs. That's homophobia. Period.
