They need to let Overwatch dig through it's own portfolio of plausible skins/ideas before they start fishing for crossover images, disregarding how plausible or not they would be.

Many people suggest cross over skins, I hope they don't do cross over more than the references ingame. I don't want Warcraft or Starcraft to move into Overwatch just because it is a Blizzard game. There are some similarity on some skins already, but I hope they don't do more.

Tracer: More military uniform with SMGs using bullets, cybernetic eyes, no goggles (sound changes, all levity gone)

Bastion: N/A
Hanzo: All skin covered in stealth-suit, high tech looking repeating crossbow or bolt gun.
Junkrat: Military garb, grenade launcher, prosthetics look decent, somber voice effects, ult looks more like a mobile mine.
Mei: Less fat.
Torbjorn: Less fat.
Widowmaker: Full helmet, no visible hair, more armored looking gear, mine on belt

DVa: Older, less happy, scarred & scarred mech
Reinhardt: N/A
Roadhog: Less fat.
Winston: Meh
Zarya: Less fat & less ugly

Lucio: Fully armored, more serious theme
Mercy: Helmeted
Symmetra: Fully armored
Zenyatta: Bipedal
