But if the UK leaves, the UK ignores 42% of all their voters!

The Brits got it easy. We had to fight a war to leave the Empire. IN THE SNOW I might add.

Right so the best thing to do would be to split the country, leavers can stay in one half, and remainers can stay in the other.

    That sounds great.

Dude. We are all about independence. We even have states here harping on that shit.

If someone suggested a city declaring independence, we'd celebrate that shit too. Independence makes our dicks hard.

There's a cast difference between a dictatorship and desiring a public that is capable of making informed choices, instead of voting for reality stars to be president, or leaving the EU because "those people". Emotion based voting is almost certainly as dangerous as any singular authoritarian outburst, both can lead to rather tragic consequences. Before the migrant crisis it is entirely unlikely that such a vote would have been possible, what exactly is it that you think caused the sea change? Are truly certain that it's a good thing? Abandoning reason isn't typically a great course of action.

Well see where democracy has lead us. Gladly I bought english gold. Its going to be a shitshow when the US market opens.

Worked for Greece, Turkey, India, and Pakistan.

Well, mostly just Greece and India. I expect the Remain half of the UK to fall into that category.

You're not as intelligent as you think you are if you think there's anything "objective" about social issues.

Wales and England are basically one country pretending it is two, so not really all that shocking. UKIP just did well in Wales.

That's not going to end well.

At the very least Scotland needs to wait and see if any other countries take their leave of the EU before pushing to become independent of the UK.

Right, and If one decide you can't trust the public with any decision, than fuck, why have the democratic vote? You already know the "Correct," policy, no need to consult the proles.

It's no coincidence that the Russian government is on friendl terms with many Anti-EU parties in Europe (FPÖ in AUT for instance.)

The only 'social issues' at play with Brexit were either invented or only important insofar as their nuisance value. The objective benefit was and is remaining with the EU.

All bullshit aside. I think Britain just flexed democracy on the level that shits on anything we have right now. The majority chooses, you do it.

Us on the other hand, the majority chooses, and the oligarchs ignore that shit and do what they want.
