When the game releases alot of guides will be released. Until then you just gotta figure it out, watch some streams and ask around.

^ Keep an eye on sites like Icyveins. They will eventually put up write-ups that are useful when you are starting to play a (new to you) class or spec.

Keep in mind you will have a month or so to figure out how to play your toons before the Legion content even drops, so there's that.

If you don't know your abilities, there's no way you will understand a rotation...
