    How's your vocabulary?

    So I took this internet test (yeah, I know) regarding the english vocabulary. I'm curious how the people at mmo-c perform here. Test Yours!

    As a non-native speaker the results were way over my expectations. To be fair I mostly used the method of elimination when the words became more rare and it's a test on the web so the results may very well be off.

    ...I did not even know half of the words...Guess I did well for a non-native speaker, but some of the words I had only heard once in my life and could determine the correct answer with great trouble :O

    Non-native speaker living in the US here. Well, I knew my vocabulary was decent, but top 6%? Nah, this test is weird.

    You can tell it's bs when a single word now has multiple synonyms yet they think they can do the "pick one best answer" style with this.

    Beyond 30/50 there were a reasonable number of guesses.

    Native speaker, but a lot I had absolutely no idea about.
    And a few I was very unsure about.

    Not bad for a non native speaker. Some words were alien to me though. The kind of language I wouldn't even know or use in my mother tongue.
