Background
<The Collective> is a relatively new guild that began in February and has quickly progressed to end-game mythic raiding. We have now fully cleared Mythic HFC (13/13M) and are looking to the future. We're looking for any strong, progression minded individuals that can raid late nights for Legion. We are actively recruiting a Resto Druid and any exceptional DPS (no class limitations).
Current Progress
We're 13/13H, 13/13M. We're looking to add DPS (or DPS+Heal OS) as we push prepare for Legion raids.
Schedule
A three night schedule
Tuesday: 11:00pm CST (server) to 2:00am CST (server)
Wednesday: 11:00pm CST (server) to 2:00am CST (server)
Thursday: 11:00pm CST (server) to 2:00am CST (server)
Goals
The goal of <The Collective> is two fold. The most important part is to have fun and down bosses, doing so on a semi-hardcore schedule.
The second goal is to create a friendly environment for all to join. Once we get a good solid base, we'll look to expand to a second and possibly even a third raid team, with different days than the original raid team. This will allow for maximum activity and maximum members. When there are enough members and cross-team play can occur, then there should always be some type of activity going on within the guild. Either alt-raids, PvP, or just simply dungeons.

No worries, we're taking in people in preparation for Legion as well.. you might not get to raid until then however.
